Getting started with S M Aqua's water delivery service is incredibly simple. Our monthly billing system ensures you never have to worry about daily payments. Here's how our service works from subscription to delivery and billing.
Contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or fill out the enquiry form on our website. Tell us your name, address, and daily jar requirement. Our team will confirm your subscription and set up your delivery schedule within 24 hours.
Starting from the next day, we deliver fresh 20-litre water jars to your doorstep every single day. Our delivery person will arrive at your scheduled time slot, deliver the filled jar(s), and collect empty jars for refilling. No need to worry about calling daily - we automatically deliver based on your subscription.
Each delivery is recorded in our system. Our delivery person maintains accurate records of every jar delivered to your address. This ensures complete transparency and accuracy in your monthly billing. You can also verify the count with our delivery person during each visit.
At the end of each month, we generate your bill based on the actual number of jars delivered. The bill is calculated at ₹20 per jar with no hidden charges. Your monthly statement will show the date-wise delivery record and total amount due. The bill is provided to you in the first week of the next month.
Payment is simple and convenient. You have the entire first week of the next month to make payment. Pay via cash to our delivery person, or use UPI/bank transfer for cashless payment. Once payment is received, your service continues uninterrupted. This monthly billing system eliminates the hassle of daily payments.
Here's a month-by-month example of how our billing cycle works
Water jars delivered every day throughout January. Each delivery is recorded. No payment required during the month - just enjoy pure water daily.
On February 1st or 2nd, we generate your January bill. The bill shows all deliveries made in January with date-wise details and total amount.
You have until February 7th to make payment for January's deliveries. Pay via cash, UPI, or bank transfer. Meanwhile, February deliveries continue as usual.
Once payment is received, it's confirmed in our system. Your service continues seamlessly, and the cycle repeats for the next month.
